Research

We worked the US Armed Forces to design and implement a transformation campaign that reached hundreds of thousands of personal. In order to do this right we first had to understand. So we spent over 100 hours interviewing and studying the engagement habits and patterns so we could engage each branch of the military in a way that made sense to them.

Persona mapping

We helped Amedisys design their engagement strategy for a major shift in the way they worked by creating persona mapping that facilitated a slow roll transformation with a complex and customized learning experience.

Community

We work with Microsoft to support a large community of early in career employees and help them navigate their new roles and better understand where they fit in the ecosystem.

Content

ServiceNow needed to make a fast but monumental shift in how the whole company operated. Carpool helped create resources and assets that made the transition fun, interesting, and meaningful.

Infrastructure

After we helped introduce a new way of working, we helped SoCal Edison visualize how this evolved environment could unlock additional avenues of productivity and utility.
